DIRECT RESINS (Composite or "tooth colored" fillings)
McCreight Progressive Dentistry has been on the forefront in the placement of direct resins as a restorative option for a number of years either by teaching licensed dentists some of the "hands on" courses at the Las Vegas Institute (LVI) or by serving as a product evaluator for some of the dental material companies. Some of the cases before pictures are graphic due to some of our clients incurring trauma. However, each case was completed and restored using the best restorative materials on the market achieving an end result that was acceptable to both the client and the McCreight Progressive Dental Team.

Case #1
This case shows the front four teeth being restored with direct resin (composite). No tooth preparation was done to any of the teeth. This truly was a "no prep" direct resin veneer case. The client was a teenager who just finished orthodontics ("braces") and desired her front four teeth to have better symmetry.

With the many outdoor activities in Colorado it can be easy for some to incur trauma to their front teeth. This is a graphic before picture of trauma incurred from a biking accident. The after picture shows the teeth fully restored to ideal contours and shade that the client had before the accident.

These are two more direct resin cases (Direct resin #3 and #4) where clients desired a conservative approach to fix the one tooth that was broke. Although more could have been done like closing the spaces or making the surrounding teeth lighter these clients simply wanted the one tooth that was chipped fixed.

Again...facial trauma is a common occurrence for people that love to live and play in Colorado. Apologies in advance for how graphic these pre-operative photos are. This client incurred trauma from a trampoline mishap. The final photos really show the miracles of cosmetic dentistry using the latest "state of the art" materials that are offered by the Team at McCreight Progressive Dentistry. The materials in the case were all direct resin bonding on the front teeth.
