Yampa Valley Dental supports the Healthcare Foundation and Ski Town USA Golf Classic
Drs. Jim and Wendy McCreight care about health and wellness in northwest Colorado. They are members of the Founders' Circle of the Healthcare Foundation for the Yampa Valley as well as supporters of the Ski Town USA Golf Classic & Benefit Auction.
The Healthcare Foundation for the Yampa Valley is a private, nonprofit organization chartered in January 2002 to provide philanthropic support for Yampa Valley Medical Center and other health care services within the communities served by YVMC. Through the generous donations of individuals, businesses, "giving" foundations and fundraising events, the Healthcare Foundation supports the residents of these communities and helps them to live healthier lives.
The Ski Town USA Golf Classic & Benefit Auction is Steamboat Springs' biggest charity golf tournament and attracts hundreds of golfers and auction guests from all over the country. The two-day, three-evening event is a true community collaboration, involving the volunteers of the Steamboat Rotary Club, Steamboat Dream Team and many other civic-minded individuals. The tournament has raised over $500,000 in its first five years of operation and one hundred percent of proceeds have been donated to local non-profit organizations.
