YVDA Hosts In-Office Training with Bob Maccario, M.B.A.
In September 2003, Yampa Valley Dental and Assoc. (YVDA) hosted a two day in-office training course for Drs Jim, Wendy and the Team. The course was to augment the Las Vegas Institute's (LVI) course called, "Dental Concierge" which the Team attended last year in Las Vegas, NV.
The Director of the LVI School of Business and president of Professional Management Sciences, INC. (PMSI), Mr. Bob Maccario, was on-site at YVDA- Steamboat Springs to help "coach" the entire Team on delivering even better customer service. The two day intense training program also helped the YVDA Team develop better business systems to help manage both the Craig and Steamboat dental office locations. These business systems were focused on helping patients obtain comprehensive quality dental care while at the same time making it affordable.
Bob Maccario is a veteran in the dental field with over 37 years of experience. As well as being an accomplished author in writing several dental business articles, Bob is also a nationally known lecturer and featured speaker with LVI's advanced training programs including his own program called "Dental Concierge" The "Dental Concierge" system which YVDA of Steamboat and Craig has embraced is a marketing and management discipline based on sound customer service techniques and skills.
