Yampa Valley Dental's Team Attends Advanced Training in Customer Service
What does exceptional dentistry and exceptional service have in common?
It is the foundation of what is being taught at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) in Las Vegas, NV.

The entire Yampa Valley Dental (YVDA) Team recently attended advanced dental training by attending the Dental Concierge program hosted by Robert Maccario, MBA and Gwen Hofferber, EMA.
The program, which is part of the LVI School of Business and Management, is the most comprehensive customer service, case presentation and patient financing program available in dentistry today. The main focus was on implementing office systems that will further improve patient care and create a unique dental experience compared to the average dental office.
The YVDA Team worked together at improving current office systems while at the same time enjoyed the sites of the Las Vegas Strip!
